Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support manager, as well as completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various adhoc requests

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • The candidate is expected to have not less than five (5) years working experience in similar role.
  • Must be a degree holder in Business Administration or other related fields
  • Candidate must be able to drive and have a valid drivers’ Licence
  • Degree in Business Administration/other related fields
SUMMARY
